Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. LatinMixx does not store your full credit card number or banking details. We retain only a record of your transaction history (amount, date, subscription tier).

Usage Data

We collect information about how you use the Platform, including pages visited, tracks downloaded, features used, and session duration.

Device Information

We automatically collect your browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifier when you access the Platform.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and maintain the LatinMixx service.
  • Process subscription payments and manage your account.
  • Send important updates about the Platform, new releases, and promotional content.
  • Improve the Platform based on usage patterns and feedback.
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.

3. Information Sharing

We do NOT sell your personal data to any third party.

  • Payment Processors: Stripe and PayPal, as necessary to process your transactions.

  • Labels & Artists: Record labels and artists may see aggregate download statistics (e.g., number of DJs who downloaded a track). No personally identifiable information is shared.

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and keep you logged in. These are required for the Platform to function. We may also use analytics cookies to understand how users interact with the Platform. Analytics cookies are optional and can be disabled in your browser settings.

We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption, secure cloud hosting through Cloudflare, access controls, and regular security reviews. While no system is completely secure, we are committed to protecting your data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., payment records for tax purposes).
